Your Privacy Matters
In order to set up a virtual appointment, minimal information is needed. There are no requirements for uploading medical records, diagnosis, medications, only a digital signature that is submitted with a Disclosure, stating that you acknowledge that Zen’s Medicine Virtual Appointment Services exist to offer educational content that is related to the details of the appointment, along with a list of licensed medical physicians who can assist you.
To provide this service, Zen’s Medicine must process information about you, including Personal Information, whether or not you are registered or logged in. Subject to the limitations we describe, we may share your Personal Information for business purposes with strict restrictions on how our partners can use and disclose the data we provide, at your direction, or in ways otherwise in accordance with the CCPA. We don’t sell any of your Personal Information, and we never will.

Under the CCPA, you have the following rights:

When we say “Personal Information” in this Notice, we mean information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you. Personal Information does not include information that is aggregated or information that cannot be reasonably linked to you. Zen’s Medicine Services does not include some Zen’s Medicine-offered products or services that have their own separate privacy policies and terms of service – such as Physicians, Retailers, Non-profits, Universities, and Government links.
