Maritza Worthington is Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner with a natural and nutritious approaches to restoring health & wellness. She is a graduate of the American College of Healthcare Sciences in Portland Oregon with an emphasis on Holistic Nutrition & Natural Products Manufacturing. She works with with Functional Medicine Practitioner and sits on the Zen’s Medicine Holistic Health Board of Directors. She specializes in treating women who struggle with digestive and hormone health; including autoimmunity (Hashimotos). Maritza provides supplements and functional lab testing and customized programs for her clients’ specific needs.
Maritza Worthington was born and raised in Southern California. She completed her undergraduate studies at the California State University of Los Angeles and has multiple certificates in holistic health.
Maritza Worthington lives with her husband in Orange Country. In her free time she speaks, blogs and advocates a for balance, emotional, physical & spiritual.
